Eligibility
- Items must be returned within **30 calendar days** of delivery
- Must be in original packaging with tags attached
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- **Hygiene-restricted items** (undergarments, swimwear) cannot be returned
- Items marked as **Sale**, **Glitter**, **Swim**, or from **Clearance** collections are final sale and not eligible for return

2. **Select your order** and choose items you want to return
3. **Provide return reason** and any additional details about the item condition
4. **Print your prepaid return label** when provided through the portal
5. **Package items securely** and attach the return label to your package

Refunds
- Refunds are processed as **store credit** once your return is delivered to our warehouse
- Processing takes **5-7 business days** from delivery confirmation
- Store credit never expires and can be used for any future purchase
- You'll receive an email with your store credit details once processing is complete

Exchanges
- **Exchanges are not available** - all returns must be processed for refund or store credit only.
